I do things a little differently

Session Experience

  • Step 1 - Pick a Package

    Review the various types of packages I offer on the Pricing page and find one that works best for you. I know everyone is different and has different needs. Fill out the contact form on the Book Now page and I will return your email within 24-48 hours. We'll discuss what you're envisioning, and set a date.

  • Step 2 - Details

    I'll send you your unique portal invite via email and it will include all of the details. This includes date/ general time, your client contract, and information on how to pay your session deposit/total. You'll review the information, pay your retainer, and you will be officially BOOKED!

  • Step 3 - Planning

    I'll send you a confirmation email and we can begin planning location ideas and outfits (if you should require input, always happy to give advice, but we can skip this step!). Depending on the length of your package, we will set a time that works for your location. This will be anywhere between 1-2 hours after sunrise, or 1-3 hours before sunset.

  • Step 4 - Session Day

    Session day! We'll meet at the location and get started. I will help you with posing, prompts, and creative ideas so that you never feel like "I don't know what to do next".

  • Step 5 - Proofs + Delivery

    Once your session is complete, you'll select YOUR favorites from an unedited raw gallery via email so that your favorites are all included. You'll get to favorite up to the amount that is included in the package you selected. You're also able to purchase additional images upon receiving your review gallery if there's more images you want. After I deliver your final online gallery, you can download all high-res images and purchase high quality prints directly from the site!

Wedding Experience

I know every wedding is unique and has different needs, so we can customize one of the packages if need be! Fill out the contact form on the Book Now page and I will return your email within 24-48 hours. We'll discuss your date availability and guest count.

  • Step 2 - Details

    I'll send you your unique portal invite via email and it will include all of the details. This includes date/general time, your client contract, and information on how to pay your session deposit/total. You'll review the information, pay your retainer, and your date will be officially BOOKED!

  • Step 3 - Timeline Consult

    I'll send you a confirmation email and we can begin planning your photography timeline to align with your schedule. We can set up meetings via Facetime to plan, or via email, whichever you prefer! It's important to get a clear picture of what your day looks like so that I can plan where I need to be and when to get all of the most important shots.

  • Step 4 - Wedding Day

    It's WEDDING DAY! I will arrive early to the location to scout locations for bridal/newlywed portraits and get an idea of the layout of the venue. Then, the fun begins! I will be discreetly capturing all of the special moments and capturing those must-have family/friend shots everyone loves. At the end of our scheduled time, I'll check in with you quickly to announce my departure for the evening.

  • Step 5 - Follow Up + Delivery

    After your special day, I'll send you a follow up email/text to check in and let you know when I've begun editing your gallery and give you an expected timeline based on the package you purchased. After I deliver your final online gallery, you can download all high-res images and purchase high quality prints/albums/books directly from the site to have a special keepsake.

FAQs

How do I book with you?

You can follow any “I’m ready to book” link on my website, or send me an email to info@peakandpinephotography.com. I also accept messages via Facebook and Instagram!

Do I pick the location or do you?

Either or! I have a variety of great spots that either I’ve previously shot at, or I have on my bucket list! If you have any spots that you think would be great or that hold special meaning to you, I would love to hear your ideas!

How will I know where to meet you?

Normally, my locations don’t have an address that you can just type into a GPS. For this reason, I usually request a phone number so that I can send the exact location to you ahead of time by dropping a pin!

How do you accept payment?

  • Credit/debit card via portal

  • Secure bank transfer via portal

  • Venmo @peakandpinephotography

Do you offer payment plans?

I do! Your payment will already be broken down into a deposit and the remaining balance by default. For sessions, this is 50% at booking and the remainder the day prior to your session. For weddings, it is broken down into 30% due at booking and the remainder the week prior. If you need to, you can make payments up until your total balance is due.

What is your turnaround time?

For sessions, you will receive your photos within 2-4 weeks. For weddings, you can expect them in 4-6 weeks.

How do I know when I’m fully booked?

You will be considered fully booked once your client agreement is signed by all applicable parties and your retainer is paid.

Can I add extra time to my event day of?

If we’re having too much fun and you want me to stay and capture more of your event, I’d love to! This depends on personal and professional scheduling circumstances, but if I can, I will! Payment will be due at the time of the request, just something to keep in mind!
